I loved the arrangement of the place

Great room, great view but AC was sub par. Worked great but only in the living room area. Room was clean and functional, lots of space. We were greeted with a charcuterie board and a bottle of sparkling wine as we entered the room. A nice touch for Bonvoy Ambassadors. The only negative was the elevators. They took forever to arrive and since we were on the 20th floor we were limited to using 3 of the 5 or we had to take one to the 18th floor and then climb two flights of stairs.

I had recently booked a trip for a friend and i, we go annually down to Niagara Falls to shop. This time booking I have been incredibly disappointed with the Marriott Hotel and Spa. I booked our room and shortly after realized I had booked the wrong date. Went to cancel and apparently there is an option to select a non-refundable room option. I quickly realized I had selected that and lost my 360.00. So in a panic I contacted Expedia and they tried to explain to the hotel my situation. I was informed that there was no chance a single mistake was able to be forgiven and they told me my money has been lost. So now I am out that money. I also payed for the cancelation insurance and that didnt even help. I will never boom woth the Marriott again. There customer service is absolutely discusting and ad a business owner I will make sure I ensure the people around me to look for a different hotel when booking in Niagara and this place steals your money.
