The manager and staff are very accommodating. They were quick and understanding when addressing my needs and concerns. I would room In same hotel room provided they make sure my sheets and bedspread are white and hot out the dryer as before. Also clean my bathroom as they did fresh for me, it smelled clean and lovely. The location is convenient to the Falls and easy to find from Falls also to Walmart if there are necessities needed. The he breakfast is good, you will not be hungry.

Great stay with free hot breakfast

The worst, found cockroaches in my room , asked for a full refund and they give me some lame excuses of why they were not able. I insisted until they told me they were going to refund the second night and give me a free refund , all I needed to do was to contact Expedia and they would accepted it, and that’s what I did but to my surprise they refused the refund.
