Ramada Niagara Falls by the River

Quite dirty rooms, smells quite musty and damp, advertising said there is a pool, there is not a pool. Also extra charges added at checkout with no explanation

This hotel was recommended to me because the location is near events; which it is. However, the shower is smaller than an RV shower, the tub leaked, the hairdryer fell off the wall and never worked...

Do not stay here! They overcharge you (not what your receipt says and then make up charges and then say they will charge you correctly and don’t. The hotel is dated, dingy and more like a motel...
