Ramada Niagara Fallsfallsview

I rarely write reviews unless my experience is truly disappointing. We booked what was supposed to be a two-night stay at the Ramada by Wyndham in Niagara Falls, but unfortunately, the hotel was in an unacceptable condition. The room was clearly not cleaned properly. The bathtub was dirty, there was a hair in the bathroom sink, and there were water spots all over the bathroom mirror and sink. There were also fingerprints on the bathroom light switches and handles. To make matters worse, we found a hair on the bed, small pieces of food beside the bed, and even half of a toothpick left on the bedside table. The floor had not been vacuumed, as there were small pieces of napkin and other debris scattered around. Despite all of this, we stayed for one night because we were exhausted after driving from Quebec to Niagara Falls with our two young children. We arrived around 11:00 PM, and finding another place to stay that late wasn’t realistic. I sincerely hope this review reaches management because the cleanliness of the rooms needs immediate attention. This was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and certainly not what we expected. Unfortunately, it turned what should have been a relaxing family trip into a nightmare stay.

Friendly staff that are respectful to the staff and also the guests. I will be returning with my niece. She also enjoyed her stay

Too many hidden fees (resort fee). I'm not sure I would rate this hotel as a resort, it's more like a hotel. Anyway, it was explained to us that there was a resort fee (for use of pool, exercise, etc. So we made the decision not to use the facilities and were charged anyway.... The room was very dusty and curtains and carpet were ripped. They called it a suite, but there was only seating for two and the tub was in the middle of the room....The cable reception was very poor and the tv was stupid (not smart), so we couldn't even utilize our own streaming services. (Netflix, Prime, etc). Overall it was a disappointment...
