A/C was not working properly and carpet was wet near fridge. We were offered a full refund as no other rooms were available so we stayed and only got a 20 percent discount.

The hotel is grubby and tired inside and out ,we were sold bed and breakfast all we had was coffee and toasts the rooms smell damp curtain dirty cobwebs everywhere, location is perfect staff was kind bed was comfortable, but would not recommend to my worst enemy ,love holiday need to check out where they send customers this is hotel hell more like a dirty motel ,everytime someone uses their toilet i heard it from my room .this hotel is really run down ,if the owner should take the time to just paint it and change carpets to maybe tiles or something else it would be a great hotel because the location is perfect .

Great location with comfy beds and professional service. Definitely value for money. Will definitely visit again. Tanvesh at front desk went above and beyond to accommodate my additional needs.
