My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at WO Resort. It's conveniently located right across the street from the Premium Outlets, making shopping incredibly easy. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the excellent amenities, including the pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and beautiful gardens. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend WO Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We had a 3 night getaway here to celebrate our 35th anniversary. It was better than expected! From the arrival to the departure, the staff was amazing, the hotel was beautifully appointed , luxurious and immaculate throughout! Our front desk gentleman, Tony, along with the gentleman who brought our luggage to our room, Ismael, were so kind and thoughtful when I mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary, as they sent up a bottle of wine and chocolate covered strawberries with a congratulatory note to our room! Totally unexpected and appreciated! The manager of the restaurants, LIV Restaurant and Play Bar and Grill, Joanne, was extremely accommodating and friendly as well, in making a reservation for our dinner at LIV, and providing us with a complimentary glass of champagne before a delicious dinner! We had a swim in the pristine, heated to perfection pool, and unwound in the hot tub. Everything was so clean, including the change rooms, showers and bathroom facilities, with an abundance of towels to use. The garden area, which is in a courtyard in the middle of the structures, was absolutely gorgeous! Plants and flowers surround you and there’s a lovely fountain! Umbrella tables to sit and relax, or enjoy an meal or drink in a natural setting was our go to place to breakfast. Our room was nicely appointed and comfortable with a great bathroom. We even got complimentary plush terry robes to wear! The entire interior of the resort looked to be newly done, and nothing anywhere was shabby and worn! Impressive staff, ultra clean, great food, luxurious and comfortable..…that’s what you can expect at White Oaks!. We will surely stay here again!
