Holiday Inn Express Toronto East

Couldn’t be serve either in English or French, room not so clean and broken toilet....and shower head, need some love. Carpet need to be changed. The breakfast was good though, the only negative problem was the peoples. Won’t go back there !!!!

The beds was big and comfy. Everything was good and clean. The staffs was friendly too. The breakfast is also okay. But the check out time is bit early as 11am. There is bus stop close by and restaurants too such as McDonald, Keg.

It’s a simple, typical budget hotel. Hotel is clean, rooms were clean and quiet, comfortable beds, good water pressure and lots of hot water. There is nothing special about the hotel, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with it either. Staff here are great, the young women at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Our AC wasn’t working when we arrived, we called down and within minutes the service guy was at the door. He assessed the ac unit and determined it needed to be replaced, he was back with a new one in 20 mins. Excellent service! Didn’t get up in time to try the breakfast, so can’t comment on that. Don’t be looking to stay at the ritz Carlton here, this place is very simple and no frills. But if you want a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed with a clean room and good service, I’d definitely recommend.
