Couldn’t be more pleased with a hotel. Staff, housekeeping, breakfast and dinners, room quality were all outstanding. Great place to stay if you want to take the train into the city of Toronto. Train station is about a mile up the road.

We enjoyed a wonderful evening celebrating my birthday at the Holiday Inn & Suites Oakville @ Bronte, Restaurant, surrounded by family and friends. The night began with Smoked Salmon with capers and Jumbo Shrimp with cocktail sauce , paired with organic wines, followed by a delicious main course featuring a combination of stuffed chicken with got cheese 7 apricate and AAA beef tenderloin with bordelaise sauce . The service and hospitality provided by our professional team were exceptional throughout the evening.
Thank you to our colleagues Georges and Roxanne for the walnut supreme birthday cake, which was delicious and appreciated by everyone.
I am also grateful for the thoughtful gifts from family and friends, which added to the celebration.
A special acknowledgment to Sonia and our dear friend Rania for the beautiful setup and elegance which has elevated the entire evening of celebration making it unforgettable.

Office company Christmas party. The party room was perfect for tables, the buffet and still lots of room for a DJ and dancing. Awesome bartender!
Convenient locale right off the highway, lots of free parking. Clean and modern inside and out.
We booked a King Suite (very clean and lots of space) Super comfy bed! MUCH to my dismay this was the first suite (with "kitchenette") ever, that did not offer ANY cutlery, dishes, wine or bottle opener. Luckily we figured out how to jimmy off a bottle top with a coat hanger. (PS, tiniest garbage reciprocals, luckily I always bring a big garbage bag).
We skipped lunch because they have an onsite restaurant and figured we'd grab a bite at check in. Only the restaurant (for food) doesn't open until 4 or 4:30 (and only until 10pm so no late night room service). Ok, it's 3pm we can wait. No mention in the room (or on the TV - some hotels have a service directory station) of what the restaurant serves. Call button for room service didn't work. Got the extension from the front desk..... dialed it about 20 times for half an hour - no answer. Had the front desk transfer us..... into oblivion, no answer. Called the restaurant directly from my cell phone... no answer. By now it's time to start getting ready for the party, no worries we'll just eat at that.
Ladies - WORST lighting in the bathroom for makeup.
Fancied something fun to get ready to but no music or movie stations on the TV. Only local stations. No problem, I'll connect to WiFi and use my phone. After 20min of trying to access WiFi with no luck I gave up.
I had called ahead the day before to ask about room service and was told it was offered. Something told me to ask specifics - they do NOT offer breakfast room service but was told we could go down in the morning, get something from the buffet (separate from the restaurant) and bring it back to the room. NOT the case, I went down to get our plates and was stopped and told I could not take food away. I assured the server that I was told it was ok. She took away the "breakfast for 2 coupon" that I had PAID for and was told "Fine, you can take one plate but no more". Whatever, it was my husband who was hungry, I'll just pick off his plate.
Back to the room, oh right - no utensils. Oh and took me 5min to figure out that the GFI was needed to turn on the microwave.
Could not wait to leave. We usually hang around a bit in the mornings, watch a movie and slowly start packing and make a move. Did not feel "welcome to stay".
