Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ottawa West-Nepean

The carpets in the hallways are filthy. The curtain in our room was torn with a dead mosquito stain. The breakfast room is crowded. No USB plug in the room. Two big stains on the carpet inside our room. The bed is comfortable. Will I go back? No.

Very nice hotel. Rooms have been updated. Beds are comfy and great breakfast!
