Centrally located and easy to find. Lovely and welcoming front desk staff and valet. The rooms were clean, quiet, modern, and spacious. We had a wonderful experience and will absolutely stay here again in the future.

We stayed here for two nights whilst visiting Ottawa it was a good base and ticks all the boxes of want you want from a hotel but nothing more. Check in was seamlessly done online and valet parking easy, albeit $50/night. The swimming pool was busy and full of children splashing and the facilities very basic. It didn’t feel particularly clean and the towels tiny and well used. The rooms were spacious and clean with extras. The WiFi didn’t work. The construction outside started at 8am so ask about this if you wake later than that. The hotel bar had slow service and I got eaten alive inside there by critters. Comfortable beds and overall a pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel well located in the heart of Ottawa. The staff is friendly, understands French, but refuses to speak it. We found the previous guest's McDonald's trash in our room. I will try another hotel next time.
