Stayed for 4 nights and 5 days at this centrally located hotel. It was clean and quiet, but offered little else. Started initially when I booked the room, I called the hotel directly and was told we were getting the dates requested, breakfast included, king size bed. Got there to check in, front desk said we book through Expedia, I said no, I called hotel directly. They said that was weird, fully knowing that a call to the reservation desk goes automatically to Expedia and there is a $17.99 fee for this call. Got to room and it fine, but a queen bed, not a king size like booking agent on phone said we were getting. But I then looked at online reservation and it did come out as queen, so my mistake for not catching this after person on phone said otherwise. We had to ask for clean towels as we had no housekeeping offered for our entire stay, front desk said they come every 3 days, but we didn't experience this. I'd skip the brekky too, other than the coffee, not much else on offer. Be ready for expensive parking too in Ottawa, we went to World Exchange plaza and it was very expensive.
