What a cute spot, clean and tidy bedroom with a friendly customer service experience. Noise level wasn't an issue, plenty of privacy and great high speed internet connection to catch up on your mobile devices. The free morning breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from and it's very balanced.

The Hotel is not disability accessible. NO ELEVATOR, hotel management should mention this on the website or in booking summary!! We didn't know Room AC system is too noisy, could not sleep at night with that loud noise and 2nd floor hallways has very poor ventilation, very hot in summer. No AC or ventilation on stairs to 2nd floor! We stayed there as it had low price but never again.

I booked a non-refundable room. Our situation changed before the trip and we wouldn't be able to make it. I understood it was non-refundable. I called the hotel as a courtesy so that they could sell the room to someone else. They treated the call as an escalated customer service situation and were very rude. I wasn't trying to get a refund, I was just trying to be nice. I should have just done a no-show. I will never book with them again.
