BEST WESTERN RENFREW INN & CONFERENCE CENTRE

We tried to check in at around 6 in the morning after a long drive, the gentleman behind the desk told us its not possible to check in until 3pm. I reminded him that I don't really mind to pay the full amount for the day although there is only 4-5 hours until the check out time, he still refused to check us in. Terrible customer service, not surprised since our license plate is from Ontario. Absolutely terrible choice of hotel. Find another one

It was a short stay but very comfortable n quite food was excellent in the Final score restaurant. Highly recommended.

My weekend stay at this location was comfortable. The room was clean although the bathroom tub wall tile grout could use some deep cleaning. Restaurant service and food were great
