Holiday Inn St Catharines Conference Centre

Hotel is average, rooms mostly clean although tub is very slow to drain, floors dirty/sticky. The most annoying thing is internet not working and tv freezes so one cannot watch. When we asked about it, apparently nothing can be done and it's been like this for a month??? Since when does a hotel not provide free working wifi and tv? These both are working quite well in the bar so idk. We are a large group eg 140 people staying here and everyone had the same issue. It can affect your data if you don't have unlimited, and it was like that for the three days we were here.

We stay here the first time it was great but than remodel the rooms and we could not sleep on the beds.

This is the second time we stayed here. Last year, the hotel was still under renovations so it was unfair to review while the work was in progress. Now that everything is done, they did a really good job with the hotel and it's worth it to check it out if you need a place in St. Catharine's. The only downside to this hotel is the elevators. Two small elevators for the entire building is not enough, and we were on the top floor and taking the stairs was not an option (up, anyway). Have patience, the lift will get to you... eventually, and hopefully not full. The suite we got saw very nice. The bed was comfortable and the sitting area was cozy. Having a kitchen was definitely a plus. The view is nothing to write home about, but the bowling alley was fun and exciting - a good place to hang out after hours.
