Residence & Conference Centre - Sudbury West

Excellent excellent place to stay. Great alternative to chain hotels. Super clean rooms with lots of room. Friendly staff as well & helpful. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Full size fridge in the room a definite plus as well.

In my opinion this place provides excellent value for your money. It's a student residence which means it's very basic. But it is clean, comfortable and for the price can't be beat. If you're not sure what you're going to get because it's a residence read their website closely. There is no TV, it's cinder block walls and tile floor and there are no dishes or cutlery provided. But there is a full fridge, microwave, common area, bathroom, two bedrooms and they provide towels and soap. There is also daily housekeeping. For the amount of time I spent there it was good for me. This is another instance where I wish TripAdvisor did half stars. My only complaint was around finding dirty towels left from the previous guests that had been missed behind the bathroom door.

Two bedrooms, kitchen with fridge microwave. Free wifi and quiet. Couldn’t ask for a better deal, it was spotless. All it needed wAs a coffee station A great deal, would stay there again! Friendly staff as well
