Econo Lodge Thunder Bay

Terrible king sized bed that sagged on both sides and springs poking through. I shared this when checking out. Manager was not available to address my concerns. I emailed the manager right after checking out. It has been 4 business days and I have not heard back. This is not what I have come to expect at a Travelodge establishment.

This place is an absolute dump. Car was broken into in the parking lot. Staff very unhelpful and couldn't have given less of a damn if they'd tried! Police took it seriously. No privacy in shower on ground floor due to normal window without clouded glass or curtain. Would be fine for short people but not great for taller people as you can be seen showering from the parking lot. Lots of noise at night. Sounded like my neighbours were having a dispute all night.

Very poorly maintained the windows are broken there was blood splatter on the walls the mattresses were so worn that they were sinking
