TRAVELODGE THUNDER BAY ON

Dirtiest hotel room I have ever seen. I would rather sleep in my car or outside. The hotel has bed bugs. The bathroom had an odour of mould and urine. The bathroom floor was sticky.

Rooms terrible- broken, dirty ,leaking. Elevator out of order and no ine available to fix it AND no room available to accommodate disability, pool accident with faulty ladder causing significant injury to another client. No manager or maintenance available to address issues

The most expensive accommodation in our 2 week trip and the worst place we stayed in. The room smelled like pee, there are stains on the bed sheets, the carpet has black bumps on it, the window is broken and cannot be closed, the bathtub tiles has molds and the blanket has cigarette holes. All we wanted was a clean and comfortable place to sleep in but we are more tired than ever after staying here.
