Days Hotel and Conference Centre Toronto Airport

I was traveling from India to the US when my flight was delayed by several hours. During this unexpected wait, Etihad arranged accommodation for me at the Comfort Inn Toronto Airport. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the front desk staff member named Rajnish. He was extremely rude and seemed arrogant, making it difficult for us to communicate or ask questions. Since I was stranded for three days due to the delay, I needed proper meals and assistance. I requested information about nearby good restaurants and inquired if the shuttle could drop us off at a convenient location because there were eight of us checking in under similar circumstances. Rajnish refused to recommend any restaurants and instead only provided a shuttle service, charging us $15 per person for a one-way trip, totaling $30 for each of us round trip. He seemed insensitive to our situation and failed to show understanding or compassion, giving us the impression that he had lost his humility and professionalism.

After driving 4 hrs to Toronto, packing and loading our vehicle to pick my daughter up from university we got in to the hotel around 830pm and then went for dinner and got back around 11 pm and that's when we noticed how dirty everything was, didn't notice the bedding till the morning. We had traveled all day and didn't shower because there was hair, writing, what looked like mold and strange coloring in the shower, the bathroom floor was dirty, the bedding had stains on it, the beds were hard as rocks, the carpets are sticky. The hallway carpets had dirt collected in every corner of every room entrance. When went to check out, the room attendant that was doing the rooms didn't even have a vacuum with her and all the rooms are carpeted, she had a broom. Parking is terrible and so dark it makes you nervous. I now have a 4 hours home with a sore back from the beds and have barley slept. Will never stay comfort in again.

Taking the elevator they had two pictures of the rooms and they looked nice. But when we walked into the room it was dirty, smelly, and the chair was stained. Everything they tried to do "maintenance" on looks like it was done by a person who could care less but also unable to do literally anything right, trust me youll understand once you walk in. We walked in then 15 minutes of deciding we asked for a refund long story short they're liars and we ended up just leaving without a refund they couldnt pay me to stay there. We wouldve taken more pictures but we left so fast.
