This hotel needs a refurbishment very dated bathroom and room. But the room is clean and comfortable also a large room Hotel shuttle is great both ways. I would only stay again if it was the cheapest hotel

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. I stayed here for 9 nights, and my company had already paid for my room in full before I arrived. Despite that, the hotel charged my credit card $195 per night for so-called "incidentals" without my authorization. I'm now stuck fighting to get back over $1,700 that was taken from my card without my permission. Charging a guest's card without clear authorization is completely unacceptable. This has been an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience, and I would never stay here again. If you're considering this hotel, watch your credit card statements very carefully. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Holiday Inn Hotel at Toronto Airport in March and April. This was my third time staying at this hotel, and I really like it. The room was clean and it had a great airport view. The staff are friendly, efficient, and accommodating. It is very close to the airport, which is very convenient. The hotel provide free shuttle to the airport, they have their own restaurant that serves a great buffet-style breakfast, as well as lunch and dinner options. There are a few restaurants in the area, so you have a few options where you wish to eat. I plan to stay at this hotel again next time I visit Toronto and would gladly recommend it to others.
