Poor service, no one cleaned the room , it says every other day, even with that, on day 3 no one showed up to clean the room

had an excellent stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Toronto Airport. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The suite was exceptional—spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Check-in was quick and easy, making the arrival process completely stress-free. The airport shuttle was a huge convenience, and Abdullah, the shuttle driver, was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and made the ride enjoyable. The front desk receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helpful, setting a great first impression. Breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection of fresh, delicious options. The staff working during breakfast were all very polite and hardworking, especially Mark, who went above and beyond to ensure guests had a great experience. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting or passing through Toronto.

Stayed here for 7 nights. House keeping was inconsistent in both timing and quality. Breakfast was barely warm, stuck my plate in the microwave on days we ate there. Wouldn’t recommend it for more than a 1 night stay.
