Hyatt Regency

Fantastic location in the centre of the city. It is about a 10 minute walk from Union Station and has its own car park. Staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Lovely little extras included my children being given fish food daily to feed the koi fish in reception. Pool was lovely on the roof top with long opening hours and heated so nice for a dip morning or afternoon. The gym is 24 hours which was useful when suffering with jet lag to go for a 5am workout. We had breakfast included which was enjoyed. Waffles and omelette made to order and beautiful fresh fruit, plus the usual meats, pasties, cooked items. Room was spacious and clean. We had a great stay and i would recommend this hotel for a family stay in Toronto.

The location is absolutely amazing, putting you right in the heart of the action and within easy walking distance to everything you could want to see or do. The property itself is truly impressive. From the moment you walk into the lobby, the attention to detail is obvious, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and incredibly well-maintained. A massive highlight of the property is the rooftop pool—it is a fantastic amenity that is temperature-controlled to perfection, making it the ideal spot to relax and take in the views after a day in the city. What really set this stay apart, though, was the service. The entire experience was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, making the whole process completely seamless. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Toronto and would gladly stay here again!

We had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Toronto. The location was very convenient, the Producer Suite was spacious and comfortable, and the overall service was outstanding. Zain gave us a warm welcome and made a very positive first impression. Amrit, the Director of Operations, also followed up personally after our stay and handled a billing question promptly and professionally. We truly appreciated the care and attention from the team. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and we would be happy to stay here again on a future visit to Toronto.
