We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, well maintained, and had a lovely atmosphere throughout. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the team at check-in, who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully presented. It was clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything clean and comfortable. There was also a large hotel car park with plenty of spaces available, which made parking easy and stress-free. Although we didn’t have time to use the hotel’s facilities during this visit, they looked fantastic and would be perfect for families. We’d definitely love to return in the future and bring our children with us. Overall, a brilliant stay that we would happily recommend!

We have stayed at this hotel many times before flying out for a week in the sun. It's a very good deal to have a hotel room and a week's parking for around $350. The dining room serves excellent food and great service. The rooms are clean although a little dated and can be noisy from other guests. I have two problems though. The shuttle is supposed to pick up from the Airport at quarter to and quarter after the hour but the driver never waits and leaves before that time meaning we have to wait in the cold for half an hour for the next one. The gates that control entrance/exit from the hotel parking pad rarely work, well at least each time we have stayed there. It causes a back up of cars trying to get out or in. The call button does not work either meaning on more than a few occasions we have to back our car out,get out of the car and walk back to the front desk to ask them to open the gate. Very annoying. Please fix this!! It has been going on for years.

This is a super conveniently located airport hotel. It's right across the road from T3, you don't have to wait for the shuttle bus to take you there if you're flying to/from the US, for instance. The hotel is perfectly serviceable provided you stay only one night. The room is dated but clean and functional. There's a pool and a little gym. However, everything falls apart if you stay more than one night. There's no service every second night, so you're scrambling to get your coffee replaced, for instance. What bothers me about this is that they charge consistently very high room rates, which doesn't go well with 'limited service'. Sadly, Marriott properties have a captive audience here. There's the overpriced in-terminal Sheraton, and now (same location as the Fourt Points, and probably same proprietor) an Element hotel (which has the same limited service, sky-high room rate policy). Base line, I'd stay in either of these properties for one night, but under no circumstances would I consider staying here if I had more than one night booked.
