what a dumpy lobby filled with men just hanging out made me feel unsafe and unwelcome and the smell was less then inviting. the place looks like it needs a massive pressure washing and overhaul unless it wants to be a homerless shelter soon

Room ok - not an airport hotel in our view (add $240 if you want a downtown visit otherwise $80 - no transfer option despite what is discussed) Breakfast dismal - service surly and shocking. Almost nothing to eat and on asking for help with the toaster burning the bread we got the answer “automatic” no effort to help. And believe me that was the only option. Worst hotel breakfast and service ever!!

Hotel has been renovated - nice look. Beds good, clean. Great location to easily walk to Toronto Congress centre, restaurants and easy access with 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. Cost to park $14. Restaurant on site. The only thing I found was that because there is no carpet the room we had was somewhat echo - y but not a reason to not stay there. They've done a nice job.
