Holiday Inn Express Vaughan Southwest

Enzo the breakfast manager was a joy to our 12 day stay at this hotel! Everyday we were greeted with a smile and a sincere greeting. He was always busy checking the food selection, cleaning the good area as well as the dining area it was always spot less. He is an amazing asset to this hotel!

I appreciate that there is a free breakfast. We stayed for 12 nights. Enzo was working in the breakfast area 11 of those days. He was always busy making sure everything was full and cleaning tables. He had a smile on his face and a kind word for everyone, always! He is an exemplary employee any business owner would be proud to have!!

I rarely take the time to write a review but in this instance I wanted to share my postive experience - consider it me getting caught up in the holiday vibe. I really enjoyed my visit (my last business trip of the year too). Check in was easy, room was comfortable and i really enjoyed the abundant breakfast - always nice at a Holiday Inn Express. The hotel felt fresh and new and the staff were very friendly. I really just had a nice visit. Thank you.
