This hotel was great for the one night we stayed! We attended the Noah Kahan Concert at Rogers Stadium and this hotel was the perfect location to hop on the train to the show. Room and staff were all great! It was a little outdated and in our room the light switch was on the outside of the bathroom, but it was fine for the short time we stayed.

Booked two rooms No pool They aren’t bad rooms but been to better for same price Arrived early am to park car which is good for free but… check in at 3 they didn’t have the rooms clean nor side by side like I was told.. second room wasn’t ready til 430 Pull out couch had used sheets on it Five minute to wonderland and outlet mall Charged me 50 dollars more for 2 teens .. only kids under 12 are free and breakfast all junk Other hotels is kids under 17 are free IMO…Pay for parking elsewhere and get a better breakfast and free for kids and a pool and newer hotels have better options for same cost

We had a room booked from May 23 to 24, 2026, and the only reason for our stay was that we had tickets to the Bruno Mars concert at Rogers Stadium on May 23. We travelled from Ottawa to Toronto by train, and then took the subway toward the hotel. While we were on the subway, at around 2:30 PM on May 23, we received an email informing us that the concert had been rescheduled to May 31 due to weather. As soon as we found out, we called the hotel to ask if we could cancel the room, since the entire purpose of our trip was no longer happening. We understand the 24‑hour cancellation policy, but in this case we were only notified of the change a few hours before check‑in, and the situation was completely outside of our control. Despite explaining this, the hotel declined to cancel the reservation and charged us the full amount. Given the circumstances, we truly feel the room should have been cancelled without penalty, as we had no choice in the matter and no reason to stay in Toronto that night.
