I would not stay here again. What wasn't made clear when booking is that the hotel also appears to accommodate long-term or transitional housing residents. There's nothing inherently wrong with that, but I believe this should be disclosed to guests prior to booking so they can make an informed decision about whether it's the right fit for their stay. When I raised my concerns with the front desk, the staff did not seem surprised by the feedback, which gave me the impression these concerns have been raised before. Transparency is important. If the hotel serves both short-term guests and long-term residents, that should be disclosed on the booking page so travellers know what to expect.

Comfortable hotel: nice bed, nice bathroom arrangement (sink and mirror separate from toilet/shower), a little kitchen was appreciated. Decent hot/cold breakfast. Convenient snack items available.
