Hilton Windsor

The rooms and overall condition of the hotel is quite good. The views to the river are beautiful. The service is excellent, from front desk staff to room attendants. We had a small issue with our room and the front desk staff were very accommodating. The buffet breakfast is very good as well, although the dinner was not great. Very reasonable and great value.

Stayed for a hockey tournament. This a a great hotel location wise. Near the casino and lots of food options. The rooms are very clean and modern. Ate breakfast at the restaurant each morning and was very satisfied. Renee made this stay extra special. Her customer service is exceptional. She helped the parents of my team when any issues arose. Not only during our stay but before as well! Thanks Renee for going above and beyond!

The location of the hotel and the actual room were great. The view at night of Detroit was outstanding. But that's where it ends. By 3:00pm I had to twice badger the front desk to get someone to clean my room. The bathroom is unventilated (not heated), mold in the shower, and dust/dirty hand prints on the interior doors. Many fixtures are installed croaked and upside down. The Pita I ordered at the restaurant was burnt. I'm not sure why the kitchen would let that be served. This hotel has potential but very bad management is going to sink this place. In fact you can see it's already deteriorating by bad hiring practices.
