Holiday Inn and Suites Windsor

Prior to booking, we were not made aware of the following: - pool is closed - restaurant is closed for dinner - ice machines are broken - parking lot is used as a play area for children to ride bikes...

Pool is closed It’s refugee camp hotel No ice machines No free breakfast Unkept Old old run down Great location but people are living her and it’s ridiculous to be charging people these prices...

All reviews seem to be old. Well im here in september 2023. This hotel is a refugee hotel. Unknown to us when booking, most of it is bought up by the government to house refugees. Not a problem...
