Ramada Limited South Windsor

I just returned again to travel Lodge in Windsor Ontario and it was another great stay , Great hotel and staff including maids are always so pleasant . Right behind the hotel you have plaza with dollarama and across street is a Tim Hortons . Room is great and the beds are comfortable. This place is great for the price that you pay . Clean and close to many things walking and not far from Devonshire Mall . My stay was excellent again .

The cleaning staff entered our room without consent....BEFORE CHECKOUT! They violated our privacy due to staff negligence and offered a simple "sorry" for walking in to our room while my partner was undressed #UNACCEPTABLE Trip typeBusiness HUGE SAFETY CONCERNS! Do NOT stay here. Staff will enter your room and the OWNER will do nothing about it. Video evidence of staff carelessness and disregard of privacy will be uploaded soon.

Room was disgusting (dirty) and service was awful. 4 people in the room, were not given 4 towels and when requested 4 we were told they were too busy to give us 4. When we asked them to clean the wall and light fixture, we were told it was only coke. Water pressure was not existent, but water temperature was scalding (even on cold)
