Hotel Universel Alma

I had a fantastic stay at Hôtel Universel Alma. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the river. Waking up to the peaceful scenery and watching the water flow by created a truly relaxing atmosphere. The sunsets were absolutely stunning. Each evening, the sky transformed into beautiful shades of orange, pink, and gold, reflecting on the river and creating a picture-perfect view right from the hotel. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, making it easy to enjoy every moment of the stay. The location is excellent, offering a perfect balance of convenience and natural beauty. I highly recommend Hôtel Universel Alma to anyone visiting the area, especially if you appreciate scenic river views and unforgettable sunsets. I would gladly return for another stay! 🌅✨

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights prior to a 5 day cycling tour. We re-booked for one night after cycling. Our room is new; it's spacious, has a mini-fridge, coffee pod machine. Toiletries are very nice. It would be 5 star if the hotel offered self-service laundry. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Alma.

Comfortable and quiet room. Renovated and spacious room. Very friendly staff. Pool available but quite small, a family with 2 children played there and there was no room for other people. A few EV charging stations available but several were not working the night we arrived. The problem was to be resolved the next day according to the receptionist.
