We had one bedroom unit. It was clean, but no any cleaning supplies to clean while we are staying for a full week. We had to ask for broom or mop to clean the floor, they only have one broom with no rake. Nothing to clean the washroom. Towel and bedding were really old. Pillows and mattress not comfortable at all. Pots and pans were okay. Not worth the money I spent $499USD, online and also they charge me $199 at the resort.

Very disappointing and unacceptable experience so far. We made a reservation for a 7-day stay, but unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived today. Upon entering the condo 1503, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell. The condition of the bedding was even more concerning. The sheets appeared dirty and unhygienic, with visible stains and what appeared to be bodily fluids from previous guests. This is completely unacceptable, especially considering that we are staying here as a family with our young son. We booked a two-bedroom accommodation for three people myself, my wife, and our son and we expected, at the very least, a clean and properly prepared place to stay. I immediately went to the reception to report these issues, but there was nobody available. I tried calling the reception several times with no answer. I also called the backup/emergency number provided, but again received no answer or response. In addition, the pools do not appear to be properly clean or maintained, which has added to our concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property. We are extremely unhappy with the condition of the accommodation and the complete lack of assistance when trying to report the problems. For a seven-day reservation, this is absolutely not the experience or standard we expected. I would appreciate immediate assistance and a proper resolution, particularly regarding the cleanliness of the accommodation and bedding.

This is our 3rd time going to this resort. It is conveniently located about 25 minutes from Quebec City and has many other interesting places to visit and things to do between the resort and the city. Our unit had a leaky fridge and a very, very dirty reclining chair, but otherwise, some updating had been done and you could tell they were working on it. The pools were lovely but should be skimmed and vacuumed a bit more often. Any items that were missing from our room, they were happy to provide replacements. We will be back again.
