Room was very dirty upon arrival. I reported the issue, but no solution was offered and the communication became accusatory. After check-out, I noticed extra charges added to my bill, which were never disclosed beforehand. When I decided to talk to them about the dirtyness, they put it on me and charged me enormous fee and no justification, didnt advise me of that and charged it directly on my card. Very disappointing.

Great hotel. Easy to get to from highway Very friendly staff. Especially receptionist Jake. Great breakfast. Next door to Barbies restaurant which was convenient.

Wanted to charge us 50$ to check in at 2:30pm, Director very rude and unpleasant. We do lots of hotels per year and this is absolutely the worst experience.
