Comfort Inn Drummondville

There is no elevator in this hotel. Day staff not very polite or courteous. room very disappointing. The beds should be changed, just like the sofa bed. You can hear and feel the springs. Worse at night, we barely slept. The rooms are very small, the person who cleans loses their hair, we found it everywhere. Mini space to eat, we had to go eat in the room. Our suitcase had trouble getting through the room door because the frame is so small. Same thing for the bathroom frame; you shouldn't be too round for this hotel. They charge a 250 security deposit, which is the same price as the room; that makes no sense. We will not return to this hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast satisfactory. But the best thing about this hotel was the location. It was very convenient to Highway 20 yet in a quiet area. And it was just across the parking lot from a St. Hubert restaurant which was a great place to eat. I'd stay there again.

Check was quick and easy. Young girl was so friendly and was pleased to speak to me in English. Our room was so clean and the beds were very comfortable. Toilet was a little dated and kept having flushing issues, but the young girl at the front desk knew just how to fix it and was very helpful. Traveling alone with my children, I felt very safe and they enjoyed a great breakfast. Seating is limited but they loved bringing back to the room and enjoying it while watching some shows on TV. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.
