Motel Restaurant Adams

When we checked in at 5pm on 8/11 the room wasn't even ready. While I'm ok with them not changing towels every day during our 3 nights they didn't enter our room to vacuum or make the beds a single time. Hotel corridor is VERY dingy and the outer door to it was unlocked 24/7. Probably the worst thing is the Konek.AI tv streaming service. It's basically useless. It wasn't working AT ALL on the day we checked in. The next 2 days whenever we tried to watch any channel the picture kept freezing and then the device crashed and restarted so we had no navigate from the beginning to get to the channel we wanted to watch. Basically it was worse than useless because if there was no TV at all we wouldn't have wasted our time. For $207/night I expect to have a TV that works so I can at least see the news and weather in my room. Basically a crummy hotel in a crummy town.....

So bad i am not sure where to start.. Extremely noisy, the worst expérience ever in à " motel ". Some rooms are rented long term to people partying and having no respect for guests.. don't even feel safe staying here. Person upstairs looks to be selling drugs and is blasting rap music all day and night with 10 friends in the room....

The room was on the second floor and no elevator. Service was absent. It seemed to be disturbing. He didn't have a shower mat. It’s smart TV with just the basic apps so the choice is not great and slow. It gives discounts for St Hubert but the small local restaurants are better
