Best Western Plus Macies Hotel

Very prpofessional front desk staff, facility was clean, room was well appointed, location is convenient. Overall good value

Great place to stay while you visit Ottawa. It is also very close to Carleton university. We stayed in a room with kitchenette which includes full fridge, stove top and dishwasher. There are also dishes, pots and pans and utensils to use. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel, outdoor pool and laundry facilities. The staff are very friendly and professional. There is free outdoor parking with two EV chargers. Overall very comfortable place to stay at.

Whether at the front desk or in the restaurant, the staff is smiling, attentive, and takes great care of their guests. They have a lot of work but take the time to get to know you a little, to speak your language, to joke... A beautiful experience!
