Chimo Hotel Ottawa

WORST experience ever. We are a baseball team that reserved for a tournament. They wanted to give us a schedule from 8 to 9 for breakfast (the location contract said 7 to 10), there was a mouse in the hospitily room and they charge us 250$ pretending we drank alcohol beverage in this room that did'nt provide from the bar... witch is false since everyone bought it there. Never ever again...and the breakfast was discusting, no fruits, no yogourts...

We had an absolute blast staying at the Holiday Inn Ottawa East during our quick road trip! From the moment we pulled in, we were thrilled to see how plentiful and easy the parking was. The front desk staff were charming and truly made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. Our room was wonderfully quiet, super comfortable, and spotless, allowing us to get the best night of sleep. Having a restaurant right on site open for dinner was an amazing bonus, and both our evening meal and breakfast the next morning were delicious. The location turned out to be extremely perfect for exploring the area, and we will definitly be booking another stay here the next time we pass through Ottawa. Highly recommended for couples wanting a stress-free getaway!

We accidentally booked this Holiday Inn instead of the one in Orleans at which we had previously stayed and liked. As it happened it was not a problem and Ottawa East turned out to be just as convenient and welcoming as Orleans with the bonus of a restaurant which was open for dinner. The staff were charming and helpful, rooms were comfortable and quiet, parking was plentiful and we enjoyed an adequate dinner and breakfast. Ideal for an overnight stop.
