An exceptional stay! A huge thank you to the entire Hilton Lac-Leamy team for their warm welcome and professionalism. We had the pleasant surprise of being upgraded to a magnificent suite, which made our stay even more memorable. The room was impeccable, spacious, and very comfortable. The service was impeccable, always smiling and attentive. The hotel enjoys an ideal location, and the facilities, including the spa, the pool, and the casino, are excellent. Thanks again for this thoughtful gesture. We will return with great pleasure and recommend this hotel without the slightest hesitation!

Superb hotel!!!! Absolutely spotless through out the hotel. Our room had amazing views and amenities! Did I mention spotless? Hotel staff were a step above! Seriously the best spot in Ottawa.

I recently stayed at the hotel for two nights, and it was truly a wonderful experience. This hotel is absolutely stunning—it’s almost surreal. The property is beautiful, and every staff member I encountered was incredibly kind, welcoming, and eager to help. A very special thank you to the Cuban gentleman.
