Outdated room, no hot water $210 for one night A rip-off

Forget that! I was there in July 2026 ( Booked through booking.com ) Do not trust the photos Nor the site description. Everything is neglected and left abandoned. The restaurant? Is no longer operational due to a lack of chefs The entrance hall, the reception, and the room... it smells musty (unpleasant) The balcony? On the verge of being rotten, and difficult to access from my room because the door handle was defective and the windows were dirty. I did not use the room and I went back to return the key while asking for a refund. Response: you booked with booking.com so communicate with them. That is what I did (three emails,) and have not yet had a response..... I am still waiting and it is August 11, 2026 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, LA ROCHE PLEUREUSE AT L'ÎLE-AUX-COUDRES. ROBERT
