Condos La Chouette

We stayed here over the New Year holiday 2015-2016. It is extremely overpriced for the state of the unit we received. The pull-out sofa bed was actually broken with springs missing. The blinds in the bedroom were broken as was the door. The closet in the bedroom could not be used as it had large dresser, paint cans, and a TV in it. There was no soap to wash your hands after using the bathroom. We never were brought soap despite calling multiple times to ask for soap. The kitchen had a sticky substance on all the cupboards. Also it was advertised as having Wifi which it did not. We couldn't believe they charged $500/night. What a rip-off. It left a very bad taste in our mouths about Mont Tremblant in general. We will not ever go back!

We were two couples and we LOVED it! We had 1 bedroom and 1 upstairs loft. We loved the ski in/ out location and our unit was right next to the pedestrian village too. I guess it's hit and miss, but our unit 2011 was tastefully decorated and the kitchen well stocked. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back! We were given a code to get in and it was simply effortless.

We stayed in condo 2024, we were 2 adults and 3 teenagers and had plenty of room. The kids really liked the loft area. The washroom could use an update and the carpeting could be replaced but overall, it was a great place to stay. It offers a ski in/ski out experience and is right next to pedestrian village. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Parking is free which is a bonus. They may want to look at offering free internet access in the future. Overall we had a great stay.
