Domaine Summum

We slept 2 nights in the Auberon suite with our 3 dogs; everything is provided for animals, running in the forest without a leash which is great, a super lake where the dogs can swim with a ramp for the dogs from the dock to the lake, kayak and paddle board available. The suite is super clean, there is everything (utensils, glasses, dishes, etc.) The village of Mont-Tremblant is really very close. We loved our stay; we will return soon. Thank you very much for the warm welcome!

We had a great family get away with our dog in the very roomy Grande Cabin. We even had a private fenced in dog pen for our dog. We had an great time on the private lake with our dog. The location is near to restaurants, grocery stores and activities. Our hostess does make sure that eveything is well so that we can have an amazing time.

I was boarding my dog to go home for my mom's funeral. I was overwhelmed and out of my mind from grief. The owner was swimming when I got there, and forgot my reservation. She yelled at me for explaining I was in a rush and overwhelmed because my parents just died. She made me walk back to my car (since she never communicated the gate code nor answered the phone when I called multiple times after 4pm - as stated when they are open), but had given me the wrong code so I still couldn’t get in. No answer to the multiple calls. I walked all the way back to the main reservation cabin again, only to be shamed for not driving my car even though I’m not sure what she expected me to do. I was carrying a dog of bag food and exhausted from everything I had been going through emotionally. She was surprised I wanted to shorten the stay (originally 10 days) because I was disgusted by her treatment of me, and I definitely didn’t love the idea of leaving my dog there, but for the night, I had no other options. She screamed “sorry!” At me in such a way, I knew instantly this is the type of woman who works with dogs because dogs can never tell their parents how they are treated. Please reconsider this place, even though she is probably still in business since there are few other options in the area.
