We recently spent several very enjoyable days in the lovely, comfortable, and conveniently located Holiday Inn & Suites Tremblant. First, the location is fabulous, right next to the gondola, and on a corner between the road and the pedestrian walk-way. There is indoor parking available for guests at a cost, and it is very convenient. The hotel itself is spacious and clean, and offers a very comprehensive included full breakfast every day, as well as free ski lockers for all guests. Everyone who works at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Our room had many amenities, and the bed was large and soft. Our room looked out onto the street and the mountains, and had a great view. There was a hot tub for guests to use, which my husband enjoyed after skiing all day. There are also oodles of shops and restaurants all in walking distance. The price was very reasonable, and it appears some groups also choose to book here, as everything was very organized. The Holiday Inn is a smart choice for those who want to stay right on the mountain, and leave the car safely parked away, but not break the budget.

Ample, quiet rooms. Infra structure ok, it's old and you can see, but it's not something that affects the experience. It is the only option that includes the daily breakfast. It is a simple but very functional buffet. The pool was closed when I went (winter) and the jacuzzi is small (maximum capacity 7 people).

I am an IHG Platinum Elite level customer (40+ nights per year) and I had a terrible reservation experience and very poor customer service at this hotel in August 2025. The hotel offers a "Two Bedroom Suite" as an option which I booked and thereafter received an email confirmation of my "Two Bedroom Suite" reservation. Apparently, this hotel does not have a traditional 2 BR suite. They have a 1 BR suite and some are connected to a Queen bed room on the floor above via an internal staircase which if the door at the top is left unlocked/open becomes a connected 2 BR suite. That part is fine and not misleading in my assessment, but upon reserving your 2BR suite, without notification to the customer, the hotel changes your one booking/confirmation number to two new confirmation numbers with different room descriptions (a 1BR suite and a Queen). Doing this causes the customer to logically believe they got bumped into separate rooms. When this happened to me, I called IHG and they advised I should just cancel the two, new rooms and rebook to the, still available, 2 BR suite. I did this though the rates had gone up $600 (over a three night stay) from my original booking, however I felt confident IHG/the hotel would certainly honor my prior rate given they'd "bumped" and changed my reservation. I was so wrong on that front. The front desk acknowledged this "rebooking" to two rooms is misleading, but would not do anything to revert me back to the original rate under which I had booked the "Two Bedroom Suite". IHG customer support was at times helpful, but after three hours wasted explaining this to three separate representatives and being told I'd be refunded the $600 twice, they have never done so and are going to lose me as a customer.
