Le Refuge Chambres et Suites

Impeccably neat and proper inside and out. Excellent location. We stayed in a two level suite with jacuzzi in bedroom. Only issue of significance was the mattress, very saggy in the middle. We both had rough sleep. For some guests the fact that the unit only had one bathroom on main level could be a problem. Bedroom was on the second floor and the staircase between the two levels was rather steep. If you have bad knees definitely rent a room with an easier staircase or none at all. We would definitely return but would need assurance that the mattress was firm. Special place.

This is a 4 suite building , in between the old downtown and the village , 3 KM+ to each . Beautifully decorated , great price . We had a 2 floor suite called the Mont Tremblant . Fully equipped kitchen ( hot plate , micro , toaster oven , cutlery , pots /dishes. Washroom shower, living room with TV downstairs . Upstairs jet tub , bed overlooking the Mountains with TV and 2 lazy boys . Stayed one night , booking for 3 nights next Summer . Very relaxing !

Very misleading description posted so be warned - when I rented this room there were pictures of rooms that were from a different unit (we rented the Romantic Suite) - I actually saved the pictures so I have proof they don't exist in this unit. We were told it had a king size bed - it's actually a queen. Overall the unit was ok - not bad value for money but certainly not something I would characterize as "romantic". There is no "lobby" and nowhere to get food. We showed up to a broken computer where we were supposed to get our code for the door - eventually got it over the phone. The romantic suite faces a busy road so be warned about traffic noise. We came back to a bad smell in the room and found there was a lot of mold in the AC unit. Also note that there is only AC upstairs (none downstairs in the bedroom). The location was actually pretty good - short walk to Tremblant village and free parking. Overall, it's an ok place but be warned as the pictures and description are very misleading.
