The location was perfect. We were 4th floor South so one flight of stairs and a block from the slopes and panoramic gondola. We were right be the stage of entertainment. If we exited a north door, we were right be the pizza place.
The rooms are definitely dated. I think they are trying to update as with doors open some looked nicer than ours. Ours was like a 1970’s living room with orange suede wingback chairs and a not very comfortable couch.
The kitchen has the 70/80’s brown cabinets but lots of storage. The stove, oven, microwave all worked fine. Frig worked but was loud. Kitchen had glass round casserole dish, glass oblong dish, 3 sizes pots and lids, one large skillet, colander, 2 metal mixing bowls and 3-4 bowls, plates, glasses, mugs, wineglasses. The basic gadgets were there. Notably missing were paper towels and a baking sheet.
There was a fireplace but no place to buy wood or firestarter. Missed opportunity.
It said we had access to sauna and hot tub but no idea how to access. No instructions and not really anyone to ask. If they advertise as an amenity, there should be instructions.
Check in was a bit challenging. First timers to Mont Tremblant so wandered before we found an office in a public building. It was not always staffed. Can’t say the person I encountered three times was very friendly.
Parking is in a secure garage. Spots are tight especially if driving big SUV. If you follow signs, you can get decent access to hotel and elevators or stairs.
Despite the age, the rooms were clean and spacious. We were there 7 nights. We checked in and out on Saturdays. Room was only serviced on Monday.
There is a k cup coffee maker and so we just bought our own coffee at the market.
Location was great but some of the other things need work.

Horrible concierge service. This is the first time in my life I go to any sort of lodging establishment that does not help with taking your luggage to your room. Most they do is take your skis if you rent them but that is eclipsed by how difficult they make everything else. They don’t allow your taxi to come all the way up to the driveway in front of Le Johanssen bc they “need a key.” Maybe in 2025 they should come up with a more convenient system for their customers because imagine having to walk down a hill with all of your luggage on top of your skiing equipment if you had not rented it here. Quite the journey and effort. The employees here and the establishment as a whole must do better to serve their clients because the entire experience starts when you check in and ends when you check out, not when you start skiing. I would recommend literally any other hotel here despite the fact that this is right next to the main lift to the summit. Literally go anywhere else and you’ll be take care of better.

This room has everything you need just should be updated. First the reception area was hard to find then the parking was hard to find then had to find the building our room was in. All three different places. Once you find everything it is okay.
