This was our third stay at Les Eaux but after over ten years had passed. Our kids are now teens and we were looking for a family getaway where we would be comfortable and have ample room, near the pedestrian village as my mother, now 80, wanted to be able to walk down the hill into town like she used to. When shopping around for units in Les Eaux, I was impressed by how much more modern and luxurious this unit looked compared to others. We stayed in 215-4 and it was just as advertised in the photos on their website. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 floors. Park pass, beach access, pool, sauna and hot tub access a 90s walk away; free shuttle like the other resorts. The rooms were beautifully appointed, sonos speakers in all rooms and living spaces; apple tv, netflix, cable, etc. Cel phone chargers and plugs provided; beds so comfortable and sheets freshly laundered. One of the bedrooms was perfect for kids to stay together in, with two bunk beds over a queen bed, with a nice TV. Ample storage space, closets. Even provided baby gear and workout gear like weights and yoga mats. Smart thermostats too. All towels provided. Kitchen stocked in dishes and utensils. High end appliances. You will need to bring your own spices, salt, pepper, oil, etc. As this is not usually provided unless someone left stuff behind. Outside there is a BBQ and a large seating area on deck. Below deck is a swing that is easy to overlook. The view to the village is mostly covered by trees but even the partial view is lovely. There are also a couple of electric car charging stations but be prepared to walk as they are not at every parking station. You have to pay via an app - not free unfortunately. Some things we were less happy with were the noise coming from the fridge, the supply of toiletries and the thermostat default settings. The basement rooms were freezing at night set at 16 degrees. Once I realized you can change the temperature manually, we were nice and comfortable. One day I finally investigated the noise and realized the ice maker bin was overflowing and the knocking noise we would hear at steady intervals was ice falling to the bottom of the freezer. You need to remember to empty it daily. We also didn’t have shampoo in the downstairs washroom. We mentioned it to front desk which is not on site upon checkout and were told that we only had to call and ask for anything we were missing and someone would have driven over to provide anything we were missing. So now we know :) they will hopefully modify the ice making setting as well. Overall, loved it and didn’t want to leave! Happily recommend this beautiful place.

We stayed in unit 223-4 for a week in September. We arrived right at 4:00. Code worked perfect and we were able to enter this beautiful condo. It was very clean and well appointed. Nice views from windows. Kitchen was small but higher end kitchenware. Nice comfy king size bed (just a little too soft for my back but very comfy). It was just the two of us so we didn't use the sofa bed. It was well supplied with dish and laundry soap. We picked this location because we thought we would walk over to the pedestrian village but ended up driving over when we went. It was nice and quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Only thing that was negative was I called the customer service number in the information book left on the table for Sunstar, and no one ever got back to me. Would definitely stay there at this specific condo again if we ever go back.
