Booked for a quick overnight to break up a long drive. Arrived at 9pm and realized around 11 that the toilet was backed up. Was told there was nobody there to fix it until after we planned on leaving the next morning. My husband asked for a plunger and fixed it himself. Large rooms, very basic breakfast. It was fine for an overnight but definitely not worth the $200 we paid for it.

The room was clean, but several details diminished the quality of the experience. The bedside table was too small, the TV too high and too small, air-conditioned area very noisy no iron and ironing board and the bathroom was badly lacking counter space. For a price of $380, the room does not reflect a satisfactory value for money. I understand that demand and supply during the holiday period influence rates, but it is important to note that this hotel does not correspond to a luxury property. We did not use the Lunch Service even though it was included. I don't think it's worth more than $150 a night.

Torque output Summary: Simple and accessible stay but disappointing on offer is rather disproportionate price. The pluses: bedroom equipped with fridge, microwave and other small kitchen utensils, which makes it easy to cook a cold lunch or store leftovers and eat them later. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. Well soundproofed and small chair in front of the door to sit outside. The least: the shower was disappointing: small (too much for 2 people and cramped for 1) and the water jet was rather weak. The three points that made us choose this hotel are misleading or disappointing: The promised pool was not functional (full of seaweed) + no information on the availability date of it (on booking, ticked as available); continental breakfast is quite limited: toast, egg, ultra sweet muffin, yogurt, cereal and fairly ordinary fruit juice; the electric car charger is offered in the hotel parking lot but is charged (electric circuit) and that ultra fast options (180 watt). Neutrals (interesting point but which did not matter to us little or not): close to the highway and the main road as well as several grocery stores (by car).
