Auberge Bonaparte

Hotel very well located in the heart of downtown Montreal. Very warm welcome from Manon who gave us detailed explanations and good advice. The breakfast is very frugal but we were warned, a small remark however, it wouldn't take much for it to be perfect: one extra sweet or savory item and it would be perfect :) The parking lot next to the hotel had poor ratings and yet everything went well: you just need to go through the hotel to book and pay so as not to have any surprises. Overall a very good experience. The entire staff is charming!

Amazing service - we usually saw Emily every time at the front desk and she was so helpful. Excellent location - This is just a block from the main street where everyone walks to enjoy the diners and cafes and stores. Half a block from Notre Dame basilica of Montreal. They gave delicious pastries with fruits and cheeses, and juice, to our room door in a box every morning as complementary :)

very good hotel, in all areas. Top location, parking (paying but supervised day and night), nice hotel in old French style. Quality restaurant, atmospheric bar. Nice, spacious and clean room and bathroom. The only strange thing is breakfast. Breakfast is not really served. From 6.30 am one brings a box to the room (is hung in a basket just outside the room). It contains fruit juice, croissants, dried fruit and cheese. Pretty special and "sober". Not really meant for big eaters. Otherwise, this hotel is an absolute must
