De La Montagne

We booked this condo on Hotel.com to stay for 5 nights. One day before arriving, the host/management sent us an email with the instruction of how to check in, a contact number and a note saying that they don’t provide shampoo, conditioner, coffee and detergent. We were ok with bringing our own supply since they gave us a heads up. Check-in was easy with provided instruction. The place was nice and clean. Great location near downtown with short walking distance to shopping, restaurants and attractions. The two stars rating given was because of these reasons: •Extremely uncomfortable pillows. They are flat and lumpy. One with broken seam that shows the stuffing inside. The bed linens are mix and match and have low quality fabric. On the third night, my fatigue getting worse from lacking of a good sleep •The kitchen has no paper towel or tissue box. I used the ONLY tea towel provided to wipe up some water spill on the floor •Poor communication from the management even though they clearly stated in the email that “For any inquiries or questions, please send us an email: hello@hometrotting.com”. They didn’t reply to my email or to Hotel.com Representative’s phone calls. The Rep decided to give me a $100 credit after she tried to contact them twice and failed. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
