Hilton Garden Inn

On arriving at Montreal Airport we called as requested for the hotel shuttle. They confirmed on its way and told us to wait outside door number 8. 35 mins later and cold we called again and they just said on its way. After 45minutes it arrived we got in and the driver went for a smoke - we of course loaded our own bags in the back. On arriving at the hotel we wanted to complain and they said we could write to the manager but I wanted to also raise with corporate to be told they will not care Hotel reasonable but tired

5 star all the way, Karen the night manager made my checkin and checkout a very memorable experience. She is humorous and customer focused. All my needs were met. Thx

Great spot to spend a night and leave your car for travel. Free shuttle to and from airport. Excellent restaurant!
