Hotel Bon Accueil

This Hotel is managed by a Chinese couple who are THIFTS! They stole from us CA $801.61. I walk into the Hotel and I was not happy becaue they had already charged my credit card prior to my arrival I complaint and wanted to cancel she went crazy taking pics of my face with her cell. I called the police but they never came. Now she is claiming to my U.S. Bank we did stay at the Hotel for one night which is not true. She just lies to be able to steel money from you I have proof of the Hotel were we stayed that night after having such a bad experince. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHINESE THIEVES AND CRAZY! THEY WILL RUIN YOU VACATION AND STEEL FROM YOU. The saddest part is that this is a cheap Hotel which usual lly charges $80.00 per night and they just took advantange charging $400.00 per night because it was Thanksgiving in Canada and they rip off tourists on Holidays. They lied so much to my Bank that even sent a picture of the room were we stayed. Not very smart! I HAVE PROOF! ITS DIRTY, SAD and DISGUSTING PLACE!

I stayed here 4 nights in September and couldn’t be happier. This is a 2 star hotel that is clean, quiet and in a terrific location. Check in was quick, I had no problems. I came in September but it was still 30 degrees outside. I would have loved a fan in the room as there wasn’t an individual air conditioning unit in the room. That being said, it was not uncomfortable, it is just something that would add extra comfort. As it is in Montreal, it is a multi-floored building without an elevator. I imagine like the homes, unless you want to pay significantly more to stay in a large hotel, you’ll be walking up some steps, either at this hotel or any other smaller hotel you stay in. I would definitely return to Hotel Bon Accueil.

As I booked last minute this was one of the only hotels around the centre cheap enough(still not cheap) and ok to book. It was fine for what I needed. The owners were friendly and the room was ok with a bath which was nice. The bed wasn't that good and the wifi was slow at times but it's clean and a good location for a few days in Montreal.
