Customer Service sucks! This hotel is affiliated with Les Suites Labelle. If somehow there is an issue with your room or somehow they overbooked you and they tell you there are no rooms available..they are not entirely telling you the truth. If push comes to shove they could put put you up at the other hotel. I will NEVER stay here again

A few days back in the city of Montreal after a sports tournament, and before a flight home, we had a twin room with a view of a traffic junction. The room's kitchenette was sadly lacking a kettle, featuring only a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge - but did come with a reasonable selection of cutlery & crockery. The bathroom was ideal for what we wanted, a bath just about big enough to relax in, and a shower over with good temperature & pressure as needed. Breakfast in this hotel is taken in the basement level room, and has an excellent array of cold & bakery options, and hot & cold drinks. We found the location very close to Berri UQAM metro station exceptionally convenient, also very close to one end of the Rue Ste-Catherine pedestrianised closure through the heart of the Gay Village. Twin beds, and twin air conditioning units in the room kept us cool on some hotter & more humid days than we had anticipated (or packed for), and the room had enough space that we didn't feel like we were tripping over our bags - but more storage space than a single small hanging closet would have also helped. The staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful, and more than willing to store our two week supply of luggage after checkout on our final day, before a late afternoon transfer to the airport.

We just spent 3 nights at Roberval. 4 minutes from the Berri-UQAM metro station (there are quite a few homeless people due to food distribution...). But we were never bothered. About 18 minutes to Old Montreal. Very clean room... furniture is a bit outdated. Large kitchen that we did not use but is fully equipped. Breakfast in the basement: pastries. Yogurts, fruit, coffee, chocolate, tea. Bagels. Bread. Cheese and ham. Honestly, it is going well to start the day. All the staff are very friendly and responsive. A bit noisy on the main avenue near the ambulance fire passages, but double glazing. We found an excellent pizzeria, dei compari, on St. Denis street...delicious!!! It is less than 10 minutes away. In summary, a hotel to recommend.
